All online orders are processed by Bubble Butt direct.

All orders require a 21-year-old signatory for shipments to take place. 

When the weather is too hot or cold, we take our time to hold your orders until the weather is more satisfactory for safer travel. If you insist on shipping your order during those extreme weather situations, we cannot assume responsibility for your wines' condition upon delivery.

Shipment of alcoholic beverages from another jurisdiction is prohibited in some states. Due to these laws, our load is limited to California.

Some states also restrict the number of beverages purchased and delivered into their jurisdiction without demanding the obtainer, seller, or shipping agency to have licenses or permits. As a condition of sale, we do not assume any obligation or responsibility for applying for or obtaining such permits or licenses.
