Return & Exchanges

We accept faulty wares returns to exchange for another of our products, provided that the following are proffered: sales receipt, original wine can (with the defective product to be checked).
If goods are not delivered, the order would be returned, and a refund would only be made for the product cost. Shipping, delivery, or any other handling costs would not be taken care of. Other restrictions apply. Please email to request refunds or exchanges.
